Jason Autry is an executive coach, organizational advisor, and leadership development professional who has spent more than 20 years helping people and teams grow, navigate change, and realize their full potential. From this experience, his work is shaped by the core belief that lasting personal and professional success is realized through clear communication, emotional intelligence, sound administration, and personal integrity.
Throughout his career, Jason has partnered with individuals and groups in both nonprofit and for-profit arenas, developing cross-functional teams for multiple organizations, communicating to diverse audiences in the U.S. and internationally, and advising leaders at companies such as Honeywell, ICAP Energy, and Capital One Bank.
He currently serves as Principal Advisor for a private equity commercial real estate investment firm with more than $600 million in assets, where he previously served as Chief Administrative Officer, providing strategic leadership across human resources, communications, organizational development, technology, and community engagement.
As an Adjunct Professor of Leadership and Philosophy, Jason has spent the last 16 years helping a global student community connect timeless principles and critical thinking with the realities of leadership, work, and life. He is also the co-founder of the Verticalis Group, a strategic partnership integrating leadership development and mental health services to help individuals and groups tackle complex issues, increase emotional intelligence, sustain performance, and thrive.
Jason lives in Charlotte, North Carolina, and brings a practical, relational, and deeply personal approach to coaching, with a simple purpose: to help people see clearly, live intentionally, and prepare well for what comes next.
