Jakob Blei is an entrepreneur, finance professional, podcast host and the founder of NAKED THOUGHTS—a platform and international community built around honest conversations about entrepreneurship, personal growth and the realities behind creating something of your own.
 
Originally from Austria, Jakob has lived and worked internationally, building more than a decade of experience across finance, accounting, strategy and business development. His professional journey has taken him from consulting at PwC and leading finance teams in a fast-growing technology company to advising startups and supporting international businesses. He has worked across different markets and industries, giving him a practical understanding of what it takes to build, finance and grow a business.
 
However, Jakob became increasingly interested in what traditional business conversations often leave out: the doubts, identity shifts, difficult decisions and emotional pressure experienced by founders, freelancers and ambitious professionals. This led him to create NAKED THOUGHTS.
 
Through the NAKED THOUGHTS podcast, community, events and workshops, Jakob brings people together to discuss both the visible and invisible sides of entrepreneurship. His conversations explore topics including founder identity, courage, clarity, mental well-being, personal branding and the challenge of putting yourself out there before you feel completely ready.
 
Jakob combines his analytical background in finance with his coaching degree, his international experience and a strong passion for personal development. His work is grounded in the belief that sustainable success begins with self-awareness and that building a meaningful business should bring you closer to yourself, not further away.
