Jacqueline Young
The Mindshift Coach
Jacqueline D. Young is a former CEO, keynote speaker, leadership consultant, and founder of The MindShift Coach™. Across more than 35 years in education, executive leadership, counselling, and human development, she has led complex organizations, supported people through significant change, and developed a deep interest in what happens beneath conscious thought when capable people find themselves repeating patterns they understand intellectually but still struggle to change.
Her work explores the intersection of early conditioning, unconscious beliefs, deeply embedded neural patterns, and the ways these can influence confidence, relationships, decision-making, boundaries, performance, and leadership. Drawing on her executive experience, Master of Education in Counselling, advanced training in clinical hypnosis and subconscious change, and her neuro-integrative approach to human behaviour, Jacqueline helps people understand not only what they do, but what may be driving it.
She is the creator of the MindShift Leadership Method™ and Calm Authority framework, through which she examines how qualities such as responsibility, independence, perfectionism, hyper-awareness, and the need for approval can become both powerful strengths and, over time, limiting patterns. Her work focuses on helping people shift what insight alone may not reach so they can respond with greater clarity, self-trust, choice, and internal steadiness.
Jacqueline speaks internationally on leadership, subconscious patterning, identity, imposter syndrome, and the hidden adaptations that shape adult behaviour. Her work has been featured through Women Thrive Magazine, international speaking events, and professional forums focused on leadership, personal development, and transformational change.
At the heart of her work is a simple question: what becomes possible when people stop trying to think their way out of patterns that were never created through conscious thought in the first place?
