Dr. Iris Garner is an international strategist, Programs & Systems Architect, researcher, author, public speaker, thought leader, and executive leader dedicated to helping individuals, leaders, and organizations transform vision into strategy, systems, and execution. With more than 30 years of experience spanning education, leadership, research, organizational development, policy, publishing, and innovation, she has built a career designing solutions that create meaningful, measurable, and lasting impact.
She is the Co-Founder and CEO of Learning Impact Partners, a reseach, strategy and consulting firm that helps organizations clarify vision, strengthen leadership, design innovative programs, develop sustainable systems, and execute high-impact initiatives. Her work bridges research with real-world application, helping organizations move confidently from vision to strategy, stratgey to execution, and execution to measureable impact.
Dr. Garner holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership, a Master of Education, and a bachelor's degree in Marketing. Throughout her career, she has served in executive leadership roles across K-12 education, educational publishing, nonprofit organizations, and the telecommunications industry. Her expertise includes organizational strategy, leadership development, curriculum and assessment design, research, program innovation, policy development, change management, and systems thinking.
As an author and researcher, Dr. Garner has written books, professional publications, and thought leadership articles focused on leadership, education, organizational excellence, innovation, and purposeful impact. She is also a sought-after speaker who inspires audiences with practical strategies for building stronger leaders, more effective organizations, and sustainable systems that drive meaningful results. Her work is grounded in a simple belief: meaningful impact begins with intentional, purpose-driven design.
