Irene Tasho

Principal, Lead Educator and Practitioner

Irene Tasho is an experienced reflexologist, educator, speaker and industry leader dedicated to advancing the practice and recognition of reflexology in Australia and internationally.

As the founder of Sole to Soul Reflexology, Irene has spent more than 18 years helping clients improve their wellbeing throught professional reflexology treatments. Her areas of expertise include women's health, pain management, stress reduction, hormonal balance and supportive care for individuals facing chronic health challenges.

Irene holds a Diploma of Reflexology, a Diploma of Facial Reflexology and Cert IV in Training and Assessment. She is the Principal of the Australian School of Reflexology, where she educates and mentors aspiring and qualified practitioners, combining extensive clinical experience with practical, evidence- informed teaching. Throughout her career, she has tranined and supported numerous students in developing both their therapeutic skills and professional confidence.

Committed to the growth and integrity of the profession, Irene serves as a Research Director of the Reflexology Association of Australia. She is a regular presenter at professional events, workshops and conferences, sharing her expertise with practitioners and the broader wellness community. Her presentations have included topics related to reflexology, wellbeing and pain management. She has also has experience internationally teaching reflexology in Brazil.

Community service has been a cornerstone of Irene's career. She has volunteered her reflexology services in cancer support programs, maternity care and children's palliative care settings, experiences that have strentghned her commitmment to compassionate, person-centred healthcare.
Through her clincal practice, teaching, mentoring, leadership and public speaking, Irene continues to champion reflexology as a valuable complementary therapy. Her mission is to educate, inspire and empower both practitoiners and clients while helping elevate reflexology's role within modern integrative healthcare.
