Mrs. Ilexis Lindsey-Griffin, MPH, CHES, is a dynamic force. At just 22 years old, she earned a Master of Public Health degree in Health Promotion and Community Health Sciences from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. Ilexis also graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration in three years instead of the standard four from Jackson State University in Jackson, MS. After graduating from Texas A&M University, she went on to work in the government sector, where she held several managerial roles. In 2020, Ilexis founded Assertive Intuition Health Services, LLC, where she serves as CEO. Since establishing her company, Ilexis has served as a birth doula for several underserved mothers and provided public health and social media consulting to various organizations in the non-profit and for-profit sectors. Ilexis Lindsey-Griffin is a leader in public health and maternal health. Having experienced seven miscarriages, she faced challenges she had to overcome. Ilexis established two companies to address maternal and infant health issues in underserved communities. As of now, Ilexis has dedicated her life to helping other women experiencing maternal health issues. Ilexis was also selected out of more than 2,000 entrepreneurs to participate in the Goldman Sachs: One Million Black Women in Business Program.
