Gratiela Elisabeta Petti

Relationship Wellbeing and RTT Therapist

Gratiela Petti is a Relationship Wellbeing and RTT Therapist passionate about helping women create healthier relationships with themselves and others. Her work is rooted in counselling, subconscious healing, nervous system awareness, psychology, and emotional transformation, combining both professional training and lived experience. She has completed training in Core Counselling Skills, Caring for Young People, the Demartini Method, and has developed deep knowledge in Imago Relationship Therapy, attachment dynamics, and neuroplasticity. As a psychology student and dedicated student of life, Gratiela continuously expands her knowledge to better understand human behaviour, emotional patterns, and lasting transformation. Through her university studies, she developed a strong understanding of cognition, emotional behaviour, and how the brain processes experiences, beliefs, and trauma. Combined with her specialisation in Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), her work focuses on creating lasting change at both the conscious and subconscious level. Known for her grounded, compassionate, and intuitive approach, Gratiela believes healing is deeply personal and cannot be rushed or forced into one method or timeline. Rather than promoting quick fixes, she creates emotionally safe spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, process emotional pain, and build deeper self-awareness, confidence, and emotional security. Her articles explore topics including recovery after divorce and painful relationships, anxiety, grief, self-worth, emotional healing, attachment styles, nervous system regulation, confidence building, subconscious transformation, and how RTT and neuroplasticity can support lasting personal growth. Through honest storytelling and psychologically grounded insights, her writing helps readers feel understood, empowered, and less alone in their healing journey. Her mission is to help women transition from a state of survival to one of confidence, inner peace, emotional freedom, and healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
