Glenda Erwee, is a passionate advocate and practitioner in the field of mental health. Having faced her own challenges with poor mental health as a result of misunderstood childhood adversity and undiagnosed neurodiversity, Erwee sought out alternative treatment and information to what had been on offer from the medical model. Having spent 6 years studying the effects of childhood trauma on the developing mind and the subsequent unconscious drives that are set up as a result. Glenda now specialises in helping individuals from all over the globe to process and work through their unconscious blocks in order to achieve full mental health & self awareness, which enables individuals to reach their full potential.
