We believe that the realization of the beauty within is what inspires a person's passion and sustains it.  Rachel Williams and Genee Carr created Brown Tings out of a shared passion for wellness, self-care, business . Both of them have acquired personal and professional experience, equipping them to build a brand that blends entrepreneurship with purpose. Their mission is simple yet powerful: provide clean, organic solution ofr melanin-rich skin and hair, directly addressiong choronic conditions common among people with deeper skin tones. Rachel, a Michigan native with Trinidadian roots, grew uo with an appreciation for luxury, high standards, and holistic self care. With a background in hospitality, finance, and prsonal style, she understand s the importance of quality and refuses to compromise-especially when it comes to skincare and haircare. Her cultural heritage inspired her belief that nature provides everything needed for true wellness, a priniciple that guides Brown Tings' formulations. Genee, a Brookly-born maverick, developed a love for music, art, and the community growing up in Bed-ford Stuyvesant . She also struggled with eczema for most of her life, leading her to realize that it (along with many other conditions) arent just genetic but deeply connected to lifestyle choices and product ingredients. Determind to heal her own skin, she joined forces with Rachel to create products that are clean, effective, and nourishing from the inside out. At the heart of Brown Tings is theirf firm belief the God has provided everythiing the body needs through nature. By iusing organic ingredients, they craft high-performance skincare and haircare that promote real healing and rejuvenation.
