Eric Mitchell has been involved in the coaching/training world since 1990 beginning as a track and field coach. Eric was the Assistant Director of Training for a prestigious Philadelphia area personal training boutique. Eric began his journey into Athlete Sports Performance when he opened Progressive Speed Training which developed programs for youth athletes with an emphasis on training professional tennis players from 1998-2005.
Eric became the owner/operator of a Parisi Speed School which is at the cutting edge of Youth Sports Performance (2005). Eric has continued with Parisi Speed School systems and has become a Master Coach and provides international coaching certification for youth sports coaches.
Eric is also Co-Owner of The Winners Circle. The Winners Circle is a consulting company for coaches/trainers with an ephasis on staff culture and understanding personal finance.
Eric launched an online coaching program (CoachEricMitchell) in 2025 and within that program has become an in demand speaker on the subject of improving staff culture.
