Liz Sproat is an executive coach dedicated to supporting leaders' growth. She brings a combination of commercial acumen and empathic leadership to the coaching process. She's coached leaders in a wide range of companies, including Goldman Sachs, Google, Kraft Heinz and many others. Her focus lies in creating long term change by helping you regulate your emotional responses. She's qualified with the ICF in both 1:1 executive and group coaching. In addition, she was one of the first coaches globally to be trained by the IFS Institute which specialises in understanding and regulating emotional responses. Using Hogan and DISC assessments, she has developed an effective coaching program that supports leaders to hone their skills and realise their potential.
 
With a career spanning almost 30 years for mega brands such as Google and Lego, she was known for effectively building new businesses areas that transformed traditional industries and business models. At Google, she created the European, Middle Eastern and African Education business, taking the Chromebook device to the no.1 spot in many markets. In that time she was recognised as one of Top 50 Education Business Influencers who have influenced education of the years. At Pearson Education she launched the first international custom publishing services transforming the capacity to build printed and digital solutions profitably, at scale and speed. She went on the establish a solutions business partnering with Middle Eastern ministries of education to support their national education transformation programs.
