Ebahi Aideloje is a Global CX & Culture Coach, certified Business Analyst, and the founder of Humble Asset Properties. This UK-based Property Technology platform uses AI and lifestyle intelligence to match people with homes that truly fit how they live.

Her career spans over 15 years across telecoms, quality assurance, hospitality, healthcare, and business consulting. She began in frontline customer service at MTN (Mobile Telephone Network).

through MEMCOS, quickly progressing into quality control and compliance roles, where she demonstrated a rare ability to translate customer insights into systemic improvements. As a Quality Control and Compliance Analyst at MTN (Mobile Telephone Network), via MacTay Consulting, she designed a WhatsApp Virtual Helpdesk QA framework from scratch, achieving 92% first-contact resolution on launch, and trained over 245 frontline staff to 98% service uniformity across all customer-facing channels. She also reduced repeat customer contacts by 98% through root cause analysis and quality redesign at an earlier engagement.

Relocating to the UK, Ebahi continued to build across industries. She delivered premium hospitality at Goodwood's high-profile events through Compass Group, earning an Outstanding Performance Award, while simultaneously working in CQC-regulated community care and completing a Master's degree in International Business and Management at the University of Portsmouth. She went on to lead the end-to-end delivery of an AI management portal as Lead Business Analyst at Tiege Consult, and currently serves as Quality Control Consultant at OneX Consult.
