Born into a world plagued with pain and misery, Dwayne was raised in a single parent family where he witnessed substance misuse, criminal behaviour and domestic violence. He was neglected and rejected as a child becoming a victim to both physical and emotional abuse. Dwayne ended up being remanded to the care of the local authority, being swung from foster care to children’s homes.
Having no confidence and self-esteem, he soon found a sense of belonging on the streets with older boys. Being groomed & exploited he developed severe behavioural problems and began getting into trouble with the criminal justice system from the early age of just 6 years old.
From the tender age of 11, Dwayne was introduced to crack cocaine and heroin, making him one of the youngest people ever recorded as addicted to crack cocaine. Dwayne became a menace of society, receiving a Detention and Training Order in a secure unit at 13 years old in a prison for children.
Dwayne almost lost his life in several horrific incidents where he was shot, stabbed & subject to a machete attack to the head, leaving him paralysed on his left side. Miraculously, through the grace of God and his sheer determination, Dwayne made a full recovery and was able to walk again but left with a limp. Despite this, his criminal ways spiralled out of control resulting in 17 years of institutionalisation in and out of prison.
It was during Dwayne’s dark night of the soul in a hotel room with prostitutes, drugs & Alcohol, when he then finally went on a robbing spree, as he knew prison was his safe heaven.
Finding himself back in his prison cell for the very last time, as he prayed out to God & went to sleep, that night he had a miraculous spiritual encounter that changed him to never be the same again. The spiritual awakening was the catalyst that led him to change the course of his self-sabotaging life. He started to become conscious, seeing the world from a whole new perspective, creating a new identity and adopting knew principles and values that would shift himself to a higher level of consciousness that led him through a path of self-Mastery. Dwayne changed the direction of his life, turning his pain into purpose.

Two social enterprises that provide fundamental platforms of intervention, preventions and self-development within local community and society. Providing Alternative Education, Mentoring & training for personal and professionals.
