Dina Makrogiannelis

Mindset Coach

Dina is a certified Solution-Oriented Coach. She has completed a coaching degree in Finland, and studied coaching in the USA and Spain, including a transformative program with the legendary team at Mastermind, guided by the inspiring Anthony Robbins and Dean Graziosi. She also incorporates Byron Katie's powerful methods and is fascinated with everything related to neuroscience-based techniques and teachings.

Dina has loved aviation since childhood when her family used to fly between her two origin countries, Finland and Greece. She feels blessed to have been able to experience two wonderful cultures from an early age.

She has over 20 years of experience in the aviation industry as an air traffic controller and instructor. She embodies skills in high performance, effective communication, stress management, problem-solving, and making decisions under pressure.
In addition to her analytical side Dina has always had artistic and creative qualities which lead her to embark on a journey as an entrepreneur. What strongly appealed to her was the freedom it brings to create something with your own vision. That is why she dove into product development, learned how to run a business, and founded her first of many companies. Photography is another form for Dina to express her creative freedom. She also uses photography as a powerful tool to strengthen and capture the transformative journey of her coaching clients.

She believes that her superpower lies in her ability to seamlessly blend her analytical and logical thinking with a creative flair and a natural intuitive flow. With her extensive experience in air traffic control and a long journey as an entrepreneur, she has honed the skill of viewing situations from multiple perspectives, allowing her to approach challenges with a well-rounded, curious, and resourceful mindset.

One of the most significant moments in her life was a profoundly challenging period that ultimately inspired her to the path of coaching. After being intensely driven by performance, she experienced a serious health setback that forced her to reevaluate her priorities. Embracing the need for balance, Dina delved into her creative side, seeking a more holistic approach to life, and started to listen to intuition more and more. This transformative journey led her to discover a passion for coaching,

Dina believes that each of us possesses an inner voice guiding us towards happiness, yet the fast-paced nature of life often leads us astray from its wisdom. She wants to help you rediscover your true values and passions, guiding you back towards your true desires and happiness.
