Darren Limbach is the Founder and Director of Prosperity Avenue, a financial services firm built on a simple philosophy: genuine care creates better financial outcomes. This meaning that it isn't just about the care provided to his clients but care should also be provided to his staff and so on.

He has more than 14 years experience in financial planning, lending and strategic wealth advice; dedicating his career to helping individuals, families and business owners to create, protect and enjoy their wealth, giving them the lifestyle they truly desire. After leaving high school, Darren pursued his passion for finance, becoming more aware that the earlier someone creates and adopts a financial plan, the sooner they achieve their financial goals.

Great financial advice just isn't about the numbers, it's about creating genuine connections and finding the best available tools to create outcomes for people with differing needs, wants, experiences and understanding. He believes that the right advice can genuinely make a huge impact, providing security, opportunity and peace of mind. That belief is something that still remains and shapes his everyday relationship with clients. Throughout his professional journey, he has worked across a variety of financial planning firms and experienced a variety of leadership environments, giving him an extensive exposure to different business models, advice philosophies and management styles. These experiences have given him a balanced approach and a more confident point in decision making around what is practical, suitable and reflects his values around genuine care.

Darren's expertise extends across all areas of personal financial advice, with particular specialisation towards companies, trusts, self-managed superfunds and other complicated structures, as well as retirement planning, investment planning and Centrelink related strategies. In reviews with other professionals, Darren is often commended for how simple he makes it to follow and understand these concepts and relate with people.

As a Founder of Prosperity Avenue, Darren has created a business centred around long-term relationships rather than transactional advice. The major philosophy for the firm is "Care for All", which reflects the commitment to clients, team and broader community.

Darren's belief is that exceptional advice begins by understanding people and putting people first by understanding their goals, values and aspirations before recommending any strategies.

Beyond his work with clients, Darren places himself in the community advocating for the profession and more broadly giving back through his volunteer work. Through the Financial Advice Association of Australia (FAAA) he has mentored aspiring advisers and spoken at multiple professional functions and university events to direct students towards their ideal career path. With The Rotary Club of Pine Rivers, he has been able to volunteer his time to raise funds for the community as well as lead the club through various roles such as Treasurer or more recently President.

He believes the future of the profession and in fact the world depends on providing genuine care to those in your immediate circle so that they can provide care to those in theirs. Today, Darren continues to educate and advocate for all Australians where he can, in whatever way he can. Whether that be advising clients, mentoring aspiring professionals or volunteering for the broader community. His mission always has and always will remain unchanged; care for all.
