Courtney Brennan is the founder of Phi Coherence Lab Limited, a boutique corporate finance advisory where Finance meets Philosophy. With a decade of experience across M&A and private equity before establishing her own business, she advises founders, management teams, and investors on growth capital, strategic direction, and transactions. Her work focuses on helping businesses navigate critical points of growth, raise capital, sharpen positioning, and build with greater clarity and long-term value in mind.

Alongside her work in corporate finance, Courtney is the creator of the Phi Philosophy, a mathematical framework for meaning and alignment.
