Charlie started out with zero experience as a Production Operator making $14 an hour. Then fast tracked himself to a Quality Director making well over six-figures per year with no college degree, by the age of 24.
When Charlie was just 1 years old, his father passed away 4 days after his first birthday. Which led him to being raised by a single mother.
Charlie believes that what he has accomplished is easily achievable by others if they have the right information. He has reverse engineered a step-by-step process to help manufacturing employees advance their career without going back to college.
