Charlene Coleman

CEO & Co-Founder, EchoMind AI

Charlene Coleman is the CEO and Co-Founder of EchoMind AI, a neurocognitive assessment platform that leverages artificial intelligence and data from over 2.6 million clinical assessments to map cognitive strengths across eight distinct archetypes. EchoMind moves beyond traditional deficit-based diagnostics and offers individuals and organizations a strengths-first approach, helping to optimize how neurodivergent talent is identified, understood, and supported.

Coleman is also CEO and Co-Founder of ADHD Services Group, which delivers private diagnostic and support services across Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the UK in partnership with Clinical Director Dr. Lucas Fortaleza, a psychiatrist who has completed over 5,000 neurodivergent assessments.

Her career spans over 15 years of strategic leadership, including her role at MANDA Ventures, where she drove £100M+ in revenue growth across 30+ M&A transactions in the UK, EU, and US markets. She has led teams of 180+ employees, restructured distressed companies, and served in board advisory roles where executive function and strategic thinking are critical.

Diagnosed with ADHD at 41 while completing her Philosophy degree at Ulster University, Coleman experienced the limitations of a diagnostic system built around a narrow neurotype. That lived experience now drives her work to reframe neurodivergence from deficit to strategic advantage, with a focus on late-diagnosed adults and women, whose presentations are often missed by traditional criteria.

Coleman writes "The Neurodivergent Philosopher" on Substack and authored "The Neurodivergent Stoic", exploring the intersection of philosophy and neurodivergent experience. She has pioneered the digitization of neurodivergent diagnostic pathways, positioning EchoMind ahead of the NHS’s 10-year digitization initiative.

Her mission is simple: no brilliant mind left behind.
