Giulia is passionate about yoga and has been practicing it for more than ten years. Seeking to dive deeper into the full meaning of yoga—its history, philosophy, and beyond the physical aspect—she made one of the best decisions of her life during the pandemic in 2020 by enrolling in her first 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training.Currently, she is a Registered Master Yoga Teacher (500 hours) with Yoga Alliance International India and is qualified to teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. Additionally, she earned a certification in sound therapy in 2024.Giulia's passion for yoga, her joyful approach to life, and her genuine connection with students create a class environment focused on reconnection and holistic well-being.
