Carmita is passionate about life, with a curious and creative mind that infuses joy and heart into everything she does. With over four decades of experience as an engineer specialising in environmental management, she has come to understand that sustainable development is not solely the responsibility of corporations or governments. Instead, it begins at the individual level by creating sustainable lives. In this way, we become protagonists of our own lives rather than passive subjects of others' decisions.

Trained as an environmental engineer, therapist, and personal performance coach, Carmita decided to merge her corporate experience with her passion for personal growth. She has created a unique methodology focused on achieving sustainable success, balancing well-being and fulfilment. Since 2015, she has been supporting individuals and small organisations in their pursuit of what she calls "sustainable success." This concept involves achieving desired results in a way that endures over time, without depleting resources or harming personal well-being or the environment.

Her creative approach and extensive experience in both personal and corporate spheres enable her to define and facilitate processes and systems that enhance the performance of individuals and organisations. This leads to outstanding results, as well as greater commitment and motivation among leaders and their teams.

Carmita advocates the idea that each of us is the CEO and General Manager of our own life, responsible for making decisions that can transform it into paradise or hell. Her method for achieving dreams and creating fulfilling, harmonious, and meaningful lives is based on defining, planning, and achieving goals with a vision for tomorrow and action in the now.
