Bulent Billy Dogan is a respected leader in the salon business and professional hair education industry. His career spans more than three decades, built on practical experience, continuous learning, and resilience. After successfully opening his second salon, he faced significant challenges in team management and was forced to close the business within a year. Rather than seeing this as a failure, he used it as a turning point to strengthen his leadership and management knowledge. Determined to grow, Bulent invested in high-level education and trained with leading academies, including Toni & Guy and Wella Academy, where he developed advanced technical and color expertise. He further expanded his professional development by studying business and personal performance with internationally recognized coaches such as Tony Robbins, Antony Whitaker, Marianne Page, Alan Forrest Smith, and Andy Harrington. Over the years, he worked closely with GBBA and Framesi Italy for more than a decade, gaining valuable international industry experience. Through these experiences, he developed structured cutting systems, simplified education methods, and practical salon strategies designed for real-world application. Today, Bulent Billy Dogan focuses on sharing his knowledge with hairdressers and salon owners worldwide. His mission is to help professionals strengthen their technical ability, improve leadership skills, and gain recognition within the industry.
