B&G Partners
Consultants, Storytellers, Coaches, Facilitators
B&G Partners is a partnership between Ben Payne and Gerald Richards, set up in 2019 and based in London and Edinburgh. We help people and organisations be more creative, clearer about their purpose and tell a better story about what they do through consultancy and coaching, research, training and facilitation. We met through founding and leading two related creative education organisations - the Ministry of Stories (MoS) in London and the 826 National network in the US - both projects are focused on developing the writing, storytelling, and literacy skills of under-resourced young people. Between us, we have over 50 years of experience in the cultural, youth and nonprofit sectors in the UK and the US. Since our founding, we have worked with a very broad range of clients from small community-based nonprofits to large publicly funded institutions. At the heart of our work is the belief that everyone and every organisation has a story to tell, how you tell it and how well you tell it it what sets you apart from a crowded field.
