Ashlene Strunz

Breathwork Instructor & Mindset Coach

The Breath Diaries is founded by Ashlene, a qualified Breathwork Facilitator and Mindset Coach who is passionate about helping mums and parents feel more calm, connected and confident in the way they navigate everyday life. Since beginning her breathwork journey in 2024, she has supported people in developing practical tools to regulate stress, build resilience and reconnect with their mind and body.

Alongside her work in breathwork, Ash has spent the past six years working in early childhood education, including leading a 0–2-year-old classroom. This experience has given her a deep understanding of early childhood development, emotional regulation and the importance of secure connection and attachment. She brings this knowledge into her work with parents, helping them understand when to step in, when to step back, and how their own regulation can influence the way they respond to their children.

Her approach to breathwork is intentionally simple and achievable, particularly during the challenging moments of parenting. She believes transformation does not always require a huge life change. Sometimes, it can be as simple as pausing, taking a breath and choosing a different response before reacting.
Through The Breath Diaries, Ash offers 1:1 breathwork sessions, including Restore, designed to support calm and reduce stress and anxiety, and Recover, focused on overcoming feelings of being stuck and building resilience under pressure. She also facilitates group experiences and works alongside recovery studios and gyms to support athletes with recovery and wellbeing.

Her mission is to empower parents to feel equipped to navigate the stressors of daily life, make confident decisions when supporting their children's emotions, and ultimately break cycles so they can help create healthier, more connected future generations from the very beginning.
