Arunachalam is a serial entrepreneur, tech founder, and cybersecurity consultant with a vision to empower immigrants and underserved communities through technology-led solutions, investments, and business mentorships that result in real progress. Although he did not officially study business, he has developed a reputation for identifying real-world gaps with clarity, designing scalable options from first principles, and achieving sustainable business goals.
 
With a background in computer science and cybersecurity, experience as a software engineer, and early exposure to family business, Arun has always been deeply involved in both the technical and strategic sides of all his business ventures. He credits the failure of his first startup, “Party Any Time,” and his discomfort with mediocrity as the momentum that pushes him beyond average to create opportunities in spaces where none existed.
 
During the 2021 pandemic, he became the Co-Founder and CTO of Drig (also known as YR Media), after observing the growing significance of digital needs. This company delivers bespoke marketing services that upgrade and elevate brand stories. Similarly, while living an immigrant life himself, he noticed the lack of a reliable market to access affordable home-style meals, i.e., South Asian cuisine. It wasn’t just a personal struggle but a persisting challenge for
the diaspora in his locality. This gave birth to Meal Maven in 2025, a tech platform that acts as a middleman between home cooks and consumers, while bringing accountability, scalability, and accessibility to the space.
 
As the Founder and CEO of Meal Maven, he envisions it taking direct responsibility for fighting hunger in the countries it operates in. He currently identifies the immigrant community in Canada as one of the most talented, resilient, and underestimated pools of entrepreneurial potential. He aims to tap into this specific market and help it reach its maximum potential.
 
Beyond work, Arunachalam is an extrovert who loves connecting with people, exploring ideas together, hitting the road, and cooking in the open air. Success, in his world, is not merely a professional front but a standard he holds himself to every single day.
