Anri Olivier is a Mindset & Business Coach, founder of Olivier Expressions, and creator of The Incandescent Method™, a framework designed to help female founders build self-trust, master mindset, and scale businesses using Aligned-AI systems.
 
After over a decade in global startup communities, Anri witnessed how cultural expectations impacted self-trust, shaping how women built their lives and businesses. This observation led to her core philosophy that a business has an unconditional loyalty to the founder’s mindset, and that, just like habits, AI will amplify either old patterns or new ones.
 
Anri specializes in helping women move out of overthinking and imposter syndrome into clarity and consistent action. She has facilitated conversations and experiences for communities around the world and is now focused on amplifying female founders, because when a woman impacts, it creates lasting change.
