Anna Severina is an entrepreneur, educator, and holistic living advocate with over a decade of experience integrating mind, body, and soul into her daily life.  Originally from Russia, Anna moved to Canada at the age of nine, where she was raised in an environment that blended modern medicine with older, natural healing traditions. Her mother, after moving to Canada, became more aware of organic food and incorporated it into their diet, planting the seeds for Anna’s lifelong interest in holistic living. Raised by well-educated parents, Anna’s grandmother played a pivotal role in shaping her worldview, advocating for a life lived on one’s own terms—free from societal norms or the influence of others’ expectations. This foundational belief led Anna to cultivate a deep self-confidence and a desire to carve her own path. Anna’s journey into holistic living truly began when she moved beyond her early years and ventured into higher education. She studied health sciences at university after attending a performing arts high school, where she honed her competitive and professional dance career. But at the age of 22, after meeting her husband, Anna experienced a profound shift in her perspective. It wasn’t just about the physical body anymore—her awareness expanded to the cosmic, energetic connection that all humans share. She realized that true well-being lies in integrating the mind, body, and soul and that this holistic approach is what truly supports human growth and evolution. The couple’s shared interest in alternative ways of living and thinking led them to travel the world, seeking out destinations that resonated with energetic healing and spiritual awakening. Anna’s husband, even before meeting her, had been investing in projects that seemed unconventional or misunderstood by the mainstream but that he believed were key to the evolution of human consciousness. Inspired by his vision, Anna adopted this forward-thinking mindset, and together, they began exploring life outside traditional paradigms. As a mother, Anna delved deeper into the world of alternative education. She became certified in Waldorf pedagogy, a holistic educational approach developed by Rudolf Steiner, and founded Scalar Human. This children’s learning initiative focuses on the early years and elementary school education, offering a curriculum that integrates mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and sustainable practices. Scalar Human empowers parents to take an active role in their children’s education by creating a supportive, holistic environment at home, where the well-being of both the children and parents is nurtured. Through Scalar Human, Anna helped parents realize the significant role they play in their children’s lives and in fostering a harmonious relationship that is rooted in emotional health and resilience. When the pandemic hit in 2020, Anna and her husband saw the opportunity for positive change. They had anticipated that global events would challenge conventional thinking, and when the pandemic unfolded, it catalyzed a shift in many people’s perspectives on life and well-being. This was the moment Anna saw as an opening to bring her vision to a larger scale—creating a global community of like-minded individuals who could connect, share resources, and support each other in their holistic journeys. From that vision, Anna founded The Earthlings app—a platform designed to connect individuals globally with practitioners, local farmers, sustainable businesses, and alternative education initiatives. The app aims to provide information on holistic living, wellness practices, and sustainable solutions, making it easier for users to embrace alternative lifestyles. By offering masterclasses, resources, and support for local communities, Anna is creating an online ecosystem where experts in holistic health, sustainability, and spiritual growth can share their knowledge and collaborate with others. In addition to her work with Scalar Human and the Earthlings app, Anna is the host of the podcast This is Earthlings, where she interviews thought leaders and pioneers in the alternative lifestyle and wellness communities. The podcast explores a wide range of topics, from spirituality to sustainable living, offering listeners tools and insights to live more consciously and harmoniously with the earth. Through her work, Anna strives to help individuals rediscover their connection to themselves, others, and the planet.
