Amber Jane Guymer Hosking, aged 36, a single mother to a young boy has faced different types of adversity and is full of strength and an inspiration to many. She has taken her pain and turned it into her strength, giving others a voice and advocating for veterans with mental health issues and those struggling facing homelessness and domestic abuse. Amber is a published author/poet and has appeared on documentaries And radio shows advocating for those who feel they don't have a voice. Amber has a website with blogs where she discusses ways of healing. Amber has also recently written, performed and recorded a song in Texas regarding mental health from the military and donestic abuse. Amber is a poet/artist who enjoys painting and sells art work. Amber is creative in many forms and believes creativity is he way to healing.
