Why ‘Vibration Maven’?
Einstein famously stated ‘everything in life is vibration’. Scientists have now proven this and what mystics and indigenous people have known to be true for millennia: frequency matters and greatly effects the mind, body, spirit and all life on Earth. Elevating individual and collective vibration via nutrition, movement, mindset and creative momentum results in increased well-being and outcomes. The moniker ‘vibration maven’ acknowledges this reality and speaks to my wish to bring people and planet into better harmony to support the co-creation of a vibrant future.
