A ICF Certified Leadership Coach, Workplace Wellbeing Specialist and DEIB Advocate – Alicia Mills, MBA helps women and people of color navigate the world of work and unlock their full potential as authentic leaders. Her consulting foundation is grounded in over two decades of experience as a sales executive, educator, and trainer in the pharmaceutical industry.

When stagnation, societal pressures, and poor work/life balance left her burned out and searching for fulfillment, Alicia launched Hello Greatness Company, a leadership development consultancy. Creating tailormade solutions to develop leaders, teams, and engage employees is her jam! Alicia works with HR partners, DEI practitioners, and leaders of organizations who want to sustain a healthy and inclusive work environment, where employees feel seen, heard, and valued.

Alicia is on a mission to make our workplaces more inclusive. Her goal is to collaborate with companies to deliver equal access to training, resources, and support for women and people of color at all levels. Additionally, Alicia is passionate about helping women build their confidence, communicate their value, lead with authenticity, improve wellbeing, and step into their greatness.
