Alicia Daniel

Holistic health and Trauma-informed Coach

Alicia Daniel is a holistic health practitioner, educator, and resilience coach with more than 25 years of experience helping women recover from chronic stress, anxiety, burnout, trauma, and the lasting effects of survival mode. At Arizona Holistics, she works with women who are tired of constantly “holding it together” and want to feel healthier, calmer, more energized, and more connected to themselves again.

Her approach blends functional wellness support, nutrition, herbal wellness, mindfulness, and compassionate coaching to help women better understand the connection between emotional stress and physical health. Alicia believes healing happens best when people feel understood instead of judged, and when they are given practical support that helps life feel more manageable, secure, and hopeful again.

Over the years, Alicia has supported women navigating emotional exhaustion, CPTSD, chronic overwhelm, overstimulated nervous systems, and the physical toll long-term stress can take on the body. She is especially passionate about helping women rebuild trust in themselves, care for their bodies in supportive ways, and create lives that feel peaceful, meaningful, and authentically their own.

Known for her warm and grounded presence, Alicia creates safe and shame-free spaces where women can get curious and creative as they reconnect with who they are, reclaim their nervous systems, and create lives that are balanced, healthy, and deeply fulfilling.
