She is the Director at Gateway International Inc. and an Internationally Certified John Maxwell Coach, Speaker, Trainer, and Behavioural Analyst, who has spent 10+ years working in legal, corporate, international policy, non-profit, and portfolio-relationship management, with executive clients from the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

With a passion for philanthropy and her experience working with the United Nations, she uses her core professional abilities to lead I Am A Girl and the Caribbean Girls Collective of non-profit organisations, where she has raised more than $1 million towards social impact.
