Abisola Fagbiye doesn't just talk about Customer Experience; she sees it the way an artist sees a canvas. Before building CX teams across 10 global locations or designing user adoption frameworks for team members, she was a charcoal and pastel artist trained to notice beauty in relationships and the small details that make experiences memorable. That artistic lens shaped everything that followed.
Her professional journey began in the CSR arm of a construction firm, where she managed projects, selected colour palettes, and created content that connected with real people. It was there she learned a truth that still guides her work: every interaction is a chance to build trust or break it. She went on to provide member value at a bilateral Chamber of Commerce between Nigeria and Great Britain before entering the Microsoft ecosystem, where she discovered her calling in blending productivity tools with human-centred design.
Today, Abisola is a Customer Experience Strategist and Microsoft 365 Productivity Consultant who helps organisations rethink how they engage, retain, and grow their customer base. She works with SMBs and enterprise clients globally, delivering workshops and training that blend strategic insight with heart, leaving teams with practical steps and the confidence to transform their interactions one small change at a time.
Beyond consulting, Abisola mentors young women in tech through organisations like Wentors and the Women in Leadership Advancement Network (WILAN) Global, and volunteers with education-focused charities. She believes deeply in empowering the next generation of customer-focused leaders.
She has been nominated as a Rising Star by Women in Customer Experience (WiCX) and serves as an Inner Circle Member. Her credentials include a Professional Diploma (Distinction) in Customer Experience from The CX Academy, Ireland; an MBA from the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN); and a Bachelor's degree in Estate Management from Covenant University, the same foundation that first introduced her to the importance of design, space, and how people experience their environments.
Her philosophy is simple: the best customer experiences feel effortless, human, and unforgettable.
