The individual currently speaks on YouTube and writes blogs as she works towards these goals. She is a survivor, who has overcome significant struggles in her life that gave her the opportunity to tap into her inner power, resilience and excellence. During the journey of hardship she found a deeper understanding of life that led to a complete life transformation. With consistent commitment to working with her goals, investing in personal growth and seeing every challenge as a catalyst for an inner world glow up. This transformation gifted Abegayle wisdom and built skills that apply to her work today as an empowering Holistic Coach. In 2023, in closing the chapter of her past working night life and years of practice as a coach in training. Started her business "Goddessing Universally" with her catch phrase being "You are a goddess, but are you goddessing?" which reflects women are inherently worthy and more than enough, but are they embodying that? Its one thing to think you are worthy and another to act on it in a way that shows you know it. To show up as that worthy successful goddess in real life. This is not just a business, it's a mission. To empower women globally to embody excellence and self worth. The coach understands the suffering with all kinds of relationships, mental health, physical blockages with wellness, career confusion, navigating social life, being disconnected from your power, having limiting beliefs, not feeling worthy and not feeling confident in who you are. Abegayle had to rebuild her identity, sense of self, self worth and her vision for her life brick by brick. From the ground up while facing painful adversity and problems. In doing so led the trailblazer to a flourishing new path and success. The leaders achievements entail launching a successful brand "Goddessing Universally", graduating from the Achology life coach school, coaching many women one on one, being featured in Authority Medium Magazine, The Life coach Code and being recognized by her peers for her work. Not to mention all the personal struggles and adversity she has broke through to be here to lead others through life. Abegayle, is a dog lover as she has had many. Her hobbies consist of hiking, outdoor sports, dancing, reading, painting and some luxury self care. Abby enjoys reading educational books such as personal growth, spirituality, psychology, biohacking and ayurveda. Anything that helps her grow, as she has an open mind and wants to learn more on how to care for her life as well as the people in it. Abegayle also loves fiction fantasys like romance, adventure and mysteries. Prioritizes her self development as she is consistently investing in her skills to bring to her work. Also to add to the quality of her own life. This is only the beginning, as she has goals of creating impact on many levels for others. She is refining her Spanish skills as she has studied since she was young and is also currently learning French. She lives a Holistically healthy life style as she prioritizes her wellbeing first. Sleep, exercise, meal prepping and mental hygiene. As she used to struggle with insomnia, eating disorders, substance abuse and being under weight. Also, in the past struggled with severe depression, anxiety and c-ptsd. Now she consistently works out, is very well read on health, is not substance dependent and knows what's best for her wellbeing. More importantly is consistent in her actions to maintain this healthy state. There was a lot of growth she found in exploring the cyclical nature of the female body. How to live a life that honors being a woman. Balancing her hormones and living in alignment to what feels natural to her body. She survived a serious accident that injured her, recovered physically and is a pole dancing athlete despite the injury. Having been in a pole competition after that tragic event. Another transformation we can zoom in on is how she had overcome abuse, exploitation and people pleasing. That brings us to her now knowing her worth, has learned many communication skills, and honors that worth through her actions while maintaining compassion. She has experience navigating being a narcissist abuse survivor and is trauma informed on the subject. The youtuber has been sharing her journey on YouTube for the last few years and has reached over 500 subscribers. Reaching 75,000 viewers last year. This scratches the surface of Abegayles' journey, what she is about and her work as a coach. Through her devotion, determination, and perseverance she has been able to transform her own life. So she can now relentlessly show up in her full power to help many others succeed. As you can see, she has already impacted many with her story, the growth she has displayed through the years and contributions to society. To this day, Abegayles legacy continues to inspire women around the world and future generations to believe in themselves. Lucius Annaeus Seneca once said, "Sometimes, even to live takes courage." This used to mean something different to Abegayle in her darkest moments, which is a blessing in itself. You can see this quote as a sign to keep going because she assures you dear reader it does get better. What it means to her now is beyond surviving, to put yourself out there.... live a life that is awe inspiring...to allow life to feel amazing... to love... be loved and to really go out in the world and actively live your life to the fullest. That takes courage too. It takes courage to survive and.... to actually thrive too. "It takes courage to be full of love and joy." Abegayle said. It takes courage to live an imperfect life as your raw self and allow yourself to feel that is more than enough. As Abegayle continues to empower others through her work encouraging them to take up space and live their fullest life. The world eagerly awaits the chapters to come of her story. Its evident Abegayles heart is in her mission. From dark times, to becoming a beacon of light for the world.
