Sarah Moody

Confidence Coach for Women in Tech

Sarah Moody lives in San Francisco and is a 25-year thought leader and entrepreneur in the tech industry and the only certified confidence coach who has worked in corporate America and understands the struggles of high achievers.

She is open about her decades-long struggles as a high achiever with an eating disorder and burnout.

Sarah has coached hundreds of clients individually and in groups to break through burnout and build careers and lives they’re passionately in love with.

She hosts a podcast and a book titled Rock Your Brain. Rock Your Life that demonstrates how using evidence-based cognitive tools is the secret to loving your life. She’s an example of what’s possible.

She is the founder and CEO of Sarah Moody Coaching and Customers Always First. When she’s not helping high achievers build careers and lives they’re in love with, she travels globally, is known to go literally anywhere for live music, and is the proud dog mom of Marley – named after Bob.
