Integrative Mental Health and Wellbeing Coaches support the whole person to enable and better their ability to self-manage, motivate and commit to make adjustments to their lifestyle. Experts in behavior change, improving health-related outcomes by working with people, meeting them where they are.

As an Integrative Mental Health & Wellness Coach, I’ve trained in various methods for achieving wellness from psychology to nutrition and many in between. There are many niche coaches currently in the industry, but we work on the whole person interconnected.

My personal journey was reversing Cervical Dysplasia without a prescription or surgery, but giving my body what it needed to rebalance inside, work through my emotional barriers, and tap into the bodies power to repair itself. Everyone is unique and your stories are a valuable part of whole body repair. The power of being heard, is unimaginable and I’m an excellent listener.

I can guide you with a plan that we create together to achieve your wellness goals. There are many modalities that you may not yet be aware of. I can introduce them to you and refer you if necessary. You’re in control of your health care ultimately. I provide a wrap-around support that sees you through, from start to finish.

If you have been diagnosed with something, are looking for a supportive process to create your own unique path to repair and willing to put in the work, connect with me and see how I can help you.
