Last weekend I went to Paris to meet two of my best friends and attend a conference led by Gregg Braden and Dr. Bruce Lipton, two of the greatest minds and hearts on the planet.

The conference was titled “From Chaos to Coherence”, organised by TCCHE, an organisation dedicated to creating events with well-known speakers and influencers. But before getting into some key learnings I obtained during the 2 days of the conference, I will talk a bit about my experience in Paris, the City of Light.

I arrived at Paris at lunch time, on a Friday with beautiful weather and with a smile not only on my face, but in my heart too. It was my first time in Paris after more than 30 years, my memories of that trip are distant and blurry and for this reason, I was eager to experience the city with a new and bright light.

Friendships are very important in our lives and to share this trip with dear friends was not only a plus for me, but also a blessing. My friends Bettina and Andrea came from Germany and Switzerland and our first activity was to have lunch together and start a long conversation that continued during the 4 days we were in Paris. After a traditional French lunch, where we enjoyed “pommes, moules, pain” and more, we decided to take a walk to the Louvre museum and visit the glass pyramid which wasn’t there 30 years ago. Later our walk took us to the Seine River, where we admired the Parisian landscape and took photos. We continued along the Tuileries Garden until reaching the Avenue des Champs-Élysées. There we decided to go further and get to the famous Arc de Triomphe. This first day was a happy one, full of laughs and discoveries.

And why have I spent time writing about the first day in Paris with my soul friends? Because it is then when I experienced my first inner transformation. I realised that Paris is a place I will come back to and that seeing things in the company of other beings vibrating in the same frequency, elevates our own experiences to high levels of insightful comprehension. Friends create community and a support bubble in life, it is wise to nurture your friendships.

The “Chaos to Coherence” conference started the next day, Saturday morning with Gregg Braden taking the stage with his powerful message. He guided us through several discoveries from a scientific point of view, starting with the concept of “Cymatics”, which is the study of visible sound and vibration and how vibration creates patterns in everything, including us. The universe is a “living organism” and, according to Braden, we are “soft technology” because each cell receives and emits information.

Later, Dr. Bruce Lipton talked about several misperceptions like “matter and energy are separated”, when in reality this is not the case. However, the most spread misperception of all is that “your genes control your life”, which according to Dr. Lipton is a big misconception. He then proceeded to explain the concept of “Epigenetics”, which implies that “your consciousness control your genes”.

In the afternoon, Gregg Braden continued his presentation with a live demonstration of the power of the heart, following the discoveries of the HeartMath Institute, which I know very well as I am a HeartMath Certified Coach too. The heart commands the brain and when we are able to put our heart into a coherent pattern we are in position of managing our emotional states in a more proactive and healthy way.

Dr. Bruce Lipton talked about evolution and how the idea of it being a completely random process is also a misperception and took us on a trip through human history regarding our self-perception and explanation of the world.

Day 2 of the conference got even more amusing with Gregg Braden speaking about a fundamental discovery: “the secret of our origin is within us”. Yes, because information is stored in life, in other words in our cells, therefore in our DNA. I highly recommend reading his book called The God Code.

Afterwards, Dr. Bruce Lipton talked to us about the big causes of disease and how the environment controls the activity of our genes. He finished his speech showing a dynamic way to reprogram our subconscious mind.

The conference ended with Gregg Braden talking about “heart intelligence” and with a powerful exercise based on the HeartMath techniques.

Of course, I cannot detailed every bit of the conference, just give you a quick view of it. In summary and in context with what I believe and practice through the Cyclopea Method, HeartMath and the power of words, I can say the following:

  • We are Energy Beings

  • As Buddha has said “what we think we become”

  • We are powerful beyond our own understanding

  • We are creators capable of transforming our world

  • We are in control and it is time to believe in us

Radical Inner Transformation is a choice. Yes, sometimes we need reassurance, that is why is key to attend conferences, courses and talks of this sort, to gain a new perspective and to initiate the process of transforming paradigms.

I will leave you with a short heart meditation:

  • Sit down and close your eyes

  • Relax your whole body at once

  • Start breathing in and out slower than usual

  • Focus your attention on your heart area

  • Visualise your heart full of light

  • Activate the feeling of gratitude

  • Stay feeling this for a few minutes

  • Then bring your awareness to your body

  • Open your eyes.

Who you are lies within you, it is time to awaken your inner vision.
