In the bustling metropolis of New York, where dreams and ambitions intertwine, a Rome-born immigration attorney has carved a remarkable path to success fueled by an unwavering passion for helping others and a relentless spirit of perseverance. Meet Fabiana Zangara, a legal luminary whose journey from Italy to the United States is nothing short of inspiring.

Born in Rome, Fabiana was the best student of Law at La Sapienza University in her hometown, and she won a scholarship to take a master’s degree in New York. Even if she loves traveling, she had never dreamed to live in America. Despite her plans, life just happened.

Juggling her legal studies with a relentless pursuit of justice, Fabiana embarked on an intern position while still attending Law School. By night, she passionately pursued her goal of becoming an anti-mafia prosecutor in Italy, a testament to her drive and dedication even in the early stages of her career.

Upon graduating from the prestigious Cardozo School of Law, Fabiana's thirst for knowledge and growth remained unquenchable. As a research scholar, she honed her legal acumen under the mentorship of the finest minds in her profession. Demonstrating her remarkable tenacity, she not only passed the State exam to become a lawyer in Italy but also triumphed in the rigorous New York Bar exam.

It was during this phase that Fabiana discovered her true calling: Immigration law.

"I love helping people," she declares. "The idea of positively impacting lives and helping individuals realize their dreams resonates deeply with me. Many foreigners, especially Europeans, harbor an American Dream, and I find great fulfillment in assisting them in reaching their goals and aspirations."

Initially contemplating a return to her homeland after graduation, Fabiana was pleasantly surprised by the gratifying opportunities that came knocking on her door in America. Embracing the freedom afforded to lawyers in this dynamic market, she relished the ability to choose cases that aligned with her values and passions. Her philosophy was clear: She would only take on matters she truly believed in and connected with on a personal level.

“Building lifelong client relationships that exceed the normal interaction solely based on business is definitely the most rewarding part of my career: I like the fact my clients trust me and count on me. I feel privileged to be able to lead them in very important steps of their lives to achieve their objectives.”

Adjusting to the American work environment was not without its challenges. Fabiana candidly admits that the legal landscape is fiercely competitive, with an array of highly prepared professionals vying for prominence. However, she firmly believes that passion sets the stage for exceptional achievements.

She acknowledges the sweat and toil that underpin success, emphasizing the importance of dedication and determination. America, she affirms, is indeed a meritocratic society where excellence can lead to great accomplishments.

"To achieve your business goals and maintain success," Fabiana confides, "you must persistently push forward. The competitiveness characterizing this market demands relentless effort and unwavering dedication." However, she does cherish the idea of engaging in genuinely motivating and healthy competition with other top-notch professionals.

As she continues to leave an indelible mark in the world of immigration law, Fabiana Zangara’s journey serves as a beacon of hope for aspiring legal minds and dreamers alike, illuminating the path to dreams in the land of opportunity.
