Introduce yourself! Please tell us about you and your life, so we can get to know you better.

Olá, hello, and a warm welcome! I'm Tatiane Garcia, a proud Brazilian-Irish who has gone from humble beginnings to coaching executives and mentoring young professionals on their individual journeys. Throughout my life and career, I've encountered numerous opportunities to either crumble or flourish, and I've deliberately chosen to embrace growth.

I have a passion for food and a strong sense of humor. I believe that I can learn anything I put my heart into. Like everyone else, I sometimes feel anxious and overwhelmed, I find comfort in personal reflection and the pursuit of improvement. Additionally, I am grateful for the love and support I receive from my partner and close friends.

I'm the creator and host of 'SemFiltro,' a Portuguese-language storytelling talk show on Spotify Podcast. I enjoy sharing my life stories with a sense of humor that encourages people to approach their problems with a positive outlook.

In my day-to-day life, I follow a five-step rule that helps me keep going on rainy days: Create, Move, Learn, Appreciate, and Serve. These steps guide me through life's challenges and make each day a meaningful journey of strengths and possibilities.

How do you approach coaching and mentoring to help individuals broaden their perspectives and lead lives characterized by strength and limitless possibilities?

I blend coaching and mentoring techniques with the power of positive psychology to help my clients discover their very own answers. There are no one-size-fits-all questions when I work with each person; I make the process unique and genuinely personable. We all have our own special story to share, and it's not always a tale of pure joy. As a professional, my job is to connect their thoughts with their narratives. When their thoughts align with the stories they want to create in the future, they move forward with the motivation to shape their own path.

What specific soft skills and self-leadership qualities do you believe are most important for personal and professional growth, and how do you help your clients develop these skills?

Recognizing the uniqueness of each individual, some may possess a full set of social skills, while others start with empathy as their foundation. I believe hidden talents exist within everyone, waiting for nurturing and enhancement. In my view, being a good leader starts with self-awareness and empathy, essential values and skills for achieving meaningful accomplishments.

To enhance my clients' soft skills, I begin by deeply understanding them. I get to know them personally, actively listen to their needs, and provide a safe space to discuss areas for improvement, striving to balance their strengths and possibilities.

How can coaching adapt to meet the needs of the new generation, emphasizing soft skills development and personal and professional maturity?

Coaching can adapt and inspire the new generation by being innovative. It means providing a coaching experience that's personalized, dynamic, and focuses on more than just technical skills. We can blend technology, mentorship, and emotional intelligence into coaching to empower individuals. This way, they can tackle the fast-paced challenges of today's world while growing personally and professionally. The key is to personalize coaching for each individual, helping them develop in every aspect to keep their authenticity.

In my personal opinion, the same principle applies to artificial intelligence (AI). To stay in step with technology, we must nurture our emotional and spiritual growth, ultimately contributing to the evolution of humanity as a whole.

What are your future goals and aspirations for your coaching business? Are there any new programs or initiatives on the horizon that you're excited about?

Coaching, for me, is a lifelong pursuit. My aspiration is to be remembered not by the years I've spent, but for the multitude of individuals I've inspired to grow!

My commitment to growth and development is unwavering. I have plans to delve deeper into fields such as neurolinguistics and hypnosis to refine my coaching expertise. I am particularly enthusiastic about highlighting the ever-growing significance of soft skills in our contemporary world. To achieve this, I aim to promote more workshops, seminars, and networking opportunities.

My services can provide valuable networking opportunities to connect and share ideas with like-minded individuals or businesses, fostering meaningful relationships and facilitating potential collaborations.

This relentless journey of learning and self-improvement fuels my passion for guiding clients on their path of transformation, connection, and growth. Together, we evolve.

What message would you like to leave to your readers?

Work on yourself, but not by yourself! Coaching & Mentoring can be a valuable tool for your personal and professional growth. It can help you develop new skills, gain new perspectives, and achieve your goals more quickly and effectively. Coaching can help you cultivate a positive outlook in the face of life’s challenges. However, it's important to understand that coaching is a distinct journey from therapy and is not intended to address deep-seated psychological or emotional concerns. If you find that past issues are holding you back and significantly affecting your progress, I strongly recommend seeking support from a qualified mental health professional.

They can assist you in addressing and resolving those issues more effectively. Your well-being is of utmost importance.
