Nancy Jackson, known as “the ease alchemist” is a highly intuitive soul purpose and life embodiment mentor, healer, oracle, and wisdom teacher to rising visionaries, healers, and wisdom leaders who are ready to unlock their true potential. She has had the privilege of guiding hundreds of women (and some men) to ease fears, slay patterns, trust innately, and believe in their brilliance so they can make impactful change in their soul-driven mission.
Nancy resides in Oregon with her husband and cat, where she enjoys their garden and pond where many feathered friends visit including owls, hawks, downy woodpeckers, and pygmy nuthatches. She loves to learn anything, drum, read, dance, and be in her creative zone.

What inspired you to start Authentic and Aligned? Can you provide a brief history of the company and its mission?
I’m a big believer in being the student first, and then the teacher. I knew early on that my big mission was to honor who I am, who I’m here to be, what I’m here to do, and to remain authentic and aligned in my values, beliefs, and in my heart. My biggest lessons always came at times where I wasn’t truly living as myself because I was wrapped up in old identities and stories.
As I let the untruths go, life and everything else around me changed. I can’t think of anything more important than owning who we are with all our scars, flaws, and shadows because they are what make up our personal truth. From there I began to teach what I know based on a blend of personal experience and through decades of passionate study.
Could you share more information about the products/services offered on your website? What sets them apart from similar offerings in the market?
Yes, I’m happy to! I offer group experiences, one-on-one personalized coaching, my Ease Alchemy Membership, digital courses, healing, and various workshops. Because I do a lot of deep, transformative work, I strive to create a safe and comfortable space for clients to explore their inner world so they can gain the courage and confidence they need to make changes and move forward with ease. Working with me is an intuitive, channeled, highly focused experience.
There is no done-for-you formula or handbook. It’s your energy, your higher self, that guides the session. When you sync your conscious and subconscious with your Higher Self, you naturally align with your vision and intentions.
I deeply believe that how you show up is how you navigate all areas of your life, so it's highly likely that what you shift in your life will affect your business, relationships, and the most important relationship – the one with yourself.
What is your target audience, and how do you reach and engage with them?
I work with rising and seasoned entrepreneurs, visionaries, healers, and sacred wisdom leaders who are here to do very big, meaningful work but often get caught up in old stories about who they are, fear showing up as their true selves, and worry about being judged for their deep insight and visions about creating a better world. I continue to open platforms and offers to reach and engage my audience.
What are the future plans and goals for Authentic and Aligned? Are there any upcoming products, features, or expansions that your customers can look forward to?
I’m very excited for 2024! Along with my group and private coaching, membership, and workshops, I’ll be launching my podcast, The Ease Alchemist, as well as take part in speaking events, collaborate with some amazing women, and create my first Oracle deck.
What would you say are the concerns or issues people will contact you and ask for help with?
Clients reach out to me because they are no longer content to sit on the sidelines. They know they have important gifts and wisdom to share and meaningful work to do in the world. Many of them find it difficult to break free from their self-doubt, limiting beliefs, and inner struggles with being judged. They fear trusting themselves and trusting in the unknown. Many of my clients, especially men or women who have experienced burn-out, have spent too much time in their headspace and, as a result, are disconnected from their body wisdom.
