How can celebrating small wins bring you closer to your big goal? This is the oldest LOA secret in the universe. Do you celebrate your small wins in business? Or are you that entrepreneur who constantly thinks 'I need to do better'? There is nothing wrong in wanting to do better...That's what makes you an exceptional entrepreneur! But if you learned to celebrate small wins that would help your business grow much quicker.

Hands reaching the trophy.

The lack mentality

However, most business owners start ‘beating themselves up’ when instead of getting 10 clients they only get 7. Or instead of doing 15K, they only do 12K in sales. They feel very disappointed. And that is very dangerous. Because before you know it you slip into the lack mentality. And no matter what happens, what results you get, it's never good enough. And you are walking around stressed, worried, and very moody…

The LOA secret

Remember one of the oldest universal laws? Lack Attracts Lack...And Prosperity Breeds Prosperity!

Your customers can feel that too… Do you remember that day when you were not looking but signed that big client unexpectedly? You were probably just doing you. Enjoying yourself, having fun, probably being in the flow… And you were loving your business?

How you react to your business results at any given moment has a huge impact on your future results!

So instead of beating yourself up 'oh, I just got 3 clients, I missed my goal by 7! I am such a l*****', or whatever you call yourself in those moments when you are feeling sorry for yourself... why don’t you choose to do something different?

Celebrate your small business wins

How about you take a deep breath, smile, and say, 'It's awesome! I just got 3 amazing individuals who believe in me. My marketing message is working! Let's see what else I need to fix in my marketing to attract more similar clients?' And start reverse engineering your sales and marketing process!

That shift within your energy alone will bring you better results next time, I promise you that! If you do need help with 'reverse engineering' your sales and marketing process book a coaching call with me via my website. I love helping business owners like you to do that.

Just remember, one thing, if you can get 3 clients, you can get 10! You are on the right track, probably you just need to step back and take a helicopter view of your sales and marketing process! Here is an article with guidelines on how to design your marketing strategy.

Manage your business expectations

I know it's difficult not to compare yourself to all those Ads on Social Media that scream at you how you should be making 30K right now because everybody else is doing that! But everybody, who is making those figures that you want to make, once was at the same place you are right now!

They started with getting one client, then two or three clients, then they have got five, and seven clients. It took them time to get to 10 clients… It didn't happen straight away. And they learned through a lot of trial and error and reverse engineering of their sales process.

Focus on discovering ‘your voice’ in business

Every business is unique and figuring out what works for you takes time. It takes time to figure out your ideal client buying journey. And most importantly it takes time to discover ‘your voice’. If you are an individual who is putting yourself out there with your business message, just remember one thing, the more you do that the more confident you become.

Building your brand takes time

Building your brand takes time. There are a lot of stories out there where business owners showed up every day for 90 days and more just to build their confidence and discover who they are. Let me explain this. If there are another 20 individuals out there and they are doing the same thing as you are professionally, don’t you think everybody sounds the same? Especially, if you are only creating content based on your profession. So how do you stand out from the crowd? Well, there is probably a way you explain things, maybe it’s your approach to the problem, or maybe it’s the methodology you use… But there is something unique about you. And you only discover that if you keep showing up every single day. And once you truly discover your voice you are unstoppable!

Celebrate being you

And you know what, sometimes that’s exactly what you need to celebrate! Not the number of sales you did, or clients you got but the fact that you found the uniqueness of you! That is way more valuable than getting another big gig from a generic message.

The more you practice being you with your message, the more effortlessly you will attract clients and opportunities to you. The world loves real and raw, especially now in this AI-crazy world.

So, I invite you to celebrate your small wins because that is one of the secret ingredients that will bring you closer to your BIG goal! Those small steps will lead you to your business growth. And that is the oldest LOA secret! Be happy with the smallest wins, celebrate them like you just won a milliondollars, and pretty soon you will hit the jackpot!
