What does that mean, to restore your essence? No one can deny that we live in a stressful world. And human beings have not evolved well to deal with this stress and anxiety to cope with this new way of living. As technology grows around us, which has its good and bad sides, we still have not adapted to this modern way of life.

Knowing your body well and how it works is a key part to living a healthy and successful life. Let’s face it, it is great to be successful, but if your health is failing you, success really fades into insignificance. Being successful and healthy at the same time can be achieved, and is happening, with more entrepreneurs across the world. How are they doing this?

They are creating a strong mind and body connection, whether they are doing this consciously or not. They are utilising their body and mind to their best capabilities, and this is paying off not only in health, but in success also. Success is relative to what you want also. Someone’s success can look completely different to another’s success.

How do they create this strong mind-body connection? It is mainly with focus and determination. We live in an age when we are bombarded with information. And to focus can be really hard with all the distractions of the modern world. Successful people who can focus have learnt to do this in many different ways. And there are many different ways to do this.

I have come up with a short online course that lasts for seven days, where you have to commit fifteen minutes in the morning and fifteen minutes in the evening to three simple exercises for your mind, your body and your breath, and this will set you up to restore your essence.

But what is your essence? Your essence is you. It is what is behind all the experiences, observations, emotions, feelings and thoughts that you observe. It is the desire, deep down inside of you to actually be getting on with something. It is the profound purpose you have that is like an itch you can’t scratch. It is what I call the true you. It is your essence.

There are many explanations for essence in dictionaries across the world. But I like this one. ‘The intrinsic or indispensable quality or qualities that serve to characterize or identify something.’ The something in this explanation is you.

To restore your essence, you need to rid yourself of the stress and anxiety in your body, bring your nervous system back into its rest, digest and heal state, and bring your brain waves down to the low alpha, or sometimes even high theta state. This is restoring your essence.

When you are born, you are made up of your mothers and fathers DNA, and an energy force that has information attached to it also. That can be witnessed firsthand with the genius children that are born, and for no apparent reason, show absolute brilliance in certain activities or subjects.

We have to deal with all this information swirling around the body when we are born, and are completely helpless, needing our parents or guardians to look after us for many years while we are growing. Our brains are in Theta frequency during our formative years, and this is where our subconscious can get programmed for good or for bad. This can be when bad habits and negative belief systems can be formed.

We need to restore our essence to break free of these negative belief systems and subconscious habits. This can be done. Since taking on these practices for myself, I don’t find myself procrastinating anymore, feeling fearful of creating something because I am worried about what people think, or venturing into the unknown.

If you are anything like me, where I was fed up with feeling exhausted, overwhelmed and undervalued, then this course could well help you connect back with your body. Restore your energy back into a healthy state, and calm your mind, so you can see clearly in a foggy world.

I have created a short 7-day course for you to try to see how this can change you too. I am sure that it will. It is an introduction to my main course, the Dream Method, which has had many successes right from the start. I decided to put this together as a taster. The only thing you need to do is commit to this for 7 days. If you can’t do that, this course is not for you. If you can, just click RESTORING YOUR ESSENCE and this will take you to the course.
