Julie Pecarski is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Weight Loss Coach in the business of helping women feel stronger and more confident as they step into the next season of their lives. While working in the corporate world, Julie put her body through the extremes of eating too little and trying on the latest fad diets in an attempt to make herself look and feel a certain way, not realizing that this was a disaster for her metabolism. Julie now coaches other high-performing women lose weight and regain confidence through a balanced approach that restores metabolism and super-charges energy levels.

Julie Pecarski, Registered Holistic Nutritionist & Weight Loss Coach

What is your business name and how do you help your clients?

I am Julie from Julie Pecarski Nutrition. I am a registered holistic nutritionist, and a high-performance weight loss and strength coach. I specifically help high-performing women refuel their over 40 metabolism, build a stronger body and boost their confidence. What kind of audience do you target your business towards?

I am deeply passionate about working with high-performing, career-driven women who want to feel and look their best while still enjoying the fine things in life like wine, chocolate and travel. I spent over twenty years in operations and Human Resources management and I understand the struggle of balancing work and prioritizing health at the same time. I help women make small and mindful shifts in their health so that they become sustainable.

What would you like to achieve for yourself and your business in the future?

In January of 2022, I quit my corporate job and I am now travelling in Europe with my husband so that was a pivotal moment in my life and business. I am continuing to work towards creating a six-figure company that will be able to function while I continue to travel. I am passionate about creating a life on my own terms! Tell us about your greatest career achievement so far.

My greatest career achievement was, at the age of 40, going back to school to become a nutritionist. Four years later, I'm now working on my group fitness instructor certificate to add another layer of support to my clients. If you could change one thing about your industry, what would it be and why?

If I could change anything, it would be the belief many women have that they need to restrict calories and exercise in order to lose weight or feel better. In fact, this old-school approach is messing up women's metabolism and hormones and creating an unhealthy relationship with food and their bodies. My goal is to show women a way to super-charge their metabolism while still being able to enjoy life with chocolate!
