Redefining Success To Live With An Aligned Life – Exclusive Interview With Allison Castle

Allison Castle is a Mastery Certified Transformational Coach, Meditation Teacher, and Certified Public Accountant. After years of following the "expected path", chasing the traditional standards of success and coming up short on feeling successful or fulfilled, Allison created her Life Alignment Coaching Program to help women stop waiting until they reach that milestone (number on a scale, job title, income level, etc.) to finally find the feeling of fulfillment and success that they have been working so hard for. Her mission: Don't wait for the destination, Enjoy the Journey!

Allison Castle, Mastery Certified Transformational Coach

Hi Allison, introduce yourself! Please tell us about you and your life, so we can get to know you better.

When I am not coaching and teaching meditation, I enjoy road tripping with my husband and two children. Our goal is to see all 50 US states and as many National Parks as possible. I love animals and am so lucky to have 3 fur kids (co-workers). I am passionate about social, environmental, and economic justice. I love spending time outdoors, reading, attending rock concerts, experimenting in the kitchen, and holistic self-care (acupuncture, float tanks, sound-healing, etc.)!

What is your business name and how do you help your clients?

My business is Allison Castle Coaching & Meditation. I help my clients let go of living up to society’s expectations and redefine success based on their own values so they can live an aligned life.

What kind of audience do you target your business towards?

I work with people who have forgotten their inherent worth. My clients have worked so hard to achieve great things in their careers while many of them are also raising a family. They struggle to keep it all in “balance” and feel guilty for “failing” to do it all! They are exhausted from giving in to the “shoulds” and always putting everyone else first. From the outside perspective, they appear to have it all but they are secretly (or not so secretly) wondering when they will actually get to the place of enjoying success and life rather than just working towards it or getting through it?

What would you like to achieve for yourself and your business in the future?

For me, achievement really centers around my continued learning and personal growth. My current growth is working towards certification in Human Design and I cannot wait to bring this element into my coaching practice.

What is your work inspired by?

My work has really been inspired by women in my life who have charted their own course. They are the women who have aligned their time and energy around the things that truly matter to them.

If you could change one thing about your industry, what would it be and why?

One thing I would change about my industry is the cold direct messages on social media. Coaching is about connection and the mass automated messaging on social media feels so opposed to genuine connection.
