“I was waiting in the hotel lobby for a meeting. Suddenly something caught the corner of my eyes and I can feel the energy shifting in the lobby. The woman who came in looked so glowing, radiant and it’s was like a whole vibration changed the atmosphere in the lobby. I could see that everyone was watching her and started to smile. “

Do emotions affect the way we dress? Is there such a thing as emotional dressing?

If you have low self-esteem and don’t want to be seen or heard you will probably choose an outfit that makes you feel invisible or that no one will really pay attention to you.

I have a question though….is that really how you feel? Deep inside, can it be that you just want to feel loved and worthy for who you are as a human being?

Many of my clients who are entrepreneurs have difficulties finding their truth and statement in how they dress up. On an everyday basis. For women who are a lot in their masculine energy while they are at work, they desire to dress in a more feminine way. For men, it can be a fun way of expressing their creative side in clothing.

We all have both feminine and masculine energy, that has nothing to do with biology, sexuality, or gender. The feminine energy embraces moves with the flow of life and creativity, dance, emotions and to just be. To surrender and receive. Masculine energy is self-confident, loves direction and purpose, having control, and into giving.

Feminine we are magnetism, with aligned action. We take care of our energy. Masculines are creating energy through actions, they are electric.

You can choose:

  • Skirts or dresses, colours and mix different materials such as silk and knitted, a costume with high heels, lipstick and silk blouse. A suit with a colourful skirt or a tie with the pattern.

  • Colours from the chakra system like root chakra choose red, sacral orange, solar plexus yellow, heart chakra green, throat chakra light blue, turquoise, third eye purple, and crown chakra violet/white.

  • Be playful and creative, and choose your accessories with colourful or patterned nails.

  • As a man, you can choose a powerful ring and bracelets.

Does the way you dress impact your identity. Yes, the story we are telling ourselves is just a reflection of the inside.

If you love to feel more radiant, vibrant and to stand in your own power and communicate with your higher self, then a deep dive inside is a must.

Trust me I have been the person who didn’t like my body and always covered it up with too big clothes. It all came from a place of low self-esteem and not feeling good enough. To be me.

I have made a deep dive inside and released my biggest trauma, and will always continue to do the inner work. Today I’m the wild woman in the lobby.

You can become that too, all the beautiful magic is hidden inside of you. So are you READY to shine and glow?
