3 Steps To Achieve A Successful Well-Balanced Life For Women

There are things that all women are looking for in a successful, well-balanced life. They want to succeed in their careers, but at the same time, they want to have happy and healthy families. They are looking for Work-Life Balance.

If you wear multiple hats: mom, wife, daughter, sister, and professional, you might wonder if there’s MORE to life. You may wonder because you are feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and sometimes not completely happy. There is an emptiness inside you, and you don’t understand why. You want to learn how to find inner peace.


In 2018, after the birth of my second child, I started a new position in a corporation in which I had been working for eight years. It was a position that I had always dreamt of having. As an outsider looking in, my life looked pretty good. Wonderful husband, two kids, good job, nice house, nice car—but I was completely empty inside. I was asking this question “does work-life balance exist?”


I felt very frustrated and guilty that the job was taking away from my time with my children. I did not feel fulfilled as a woman. All of these negative feelings and thoughts caused stress and anxiety within me. My health started to break and everything that I had built, including my family, started to fall like a house of cards.


After studying myself for years, I learned how to control my stress and anxiety and most importantly, how to change my negative vibration into a positive one so I could attract abundance in my life. I learned to get rid of negative thoughts.


Since January of 2020, I have happily been able to say that I am finally living a fulfilling and well-balanced life.


Manifesting a well-balanced life is possible. To achieve it, we have to replace old paradigms. Paradigms, as Sandy Gallagher mentioned in Paradigm 101 – “A paradigm can be likened to a program that has been installed in your subconscious mind. It is a mental program that has almost exclusive control over your habitual behavior.”


The best way to manifest a well-balanced life and at the same time replace old paradigms is by implementing the following steps:


How to Achieve a Successful Well-balanced Life in 3 Steps:

1. Identify Your Priorities

Today my priority is my family. Yes, I love what I do, I love to share my story and teach other women the practical tools that I learned for living a fulfilling and well-balanced life. However, my family is first. The majority of my time is spent with my family either homeschooling my kids, spending time with my husband, or on vacation with them. The rest of my time is when I work.


However, when I was in my 30s my priority was my career. I spent most of my time at work and I was happy doing that.


How do you want to spend your days?


2. Decide What You Want


We all have the potential to manifest anything we want, such as manifesting a rewarding career, manifesting the house we always dreamed of, manifesting great health, and manifesting abundance and success.

To start, I would like you to answer the following questions:

  • Do I feel joy doing the work I do?

  • Do I feel proud of myself?

  • Do I stay focused during the time I am working?

  • Am I always looking for ideas to improve my work or job?

  • Do I do what I do with love?

  • Do I talk about my work, plans at work, and goals to my spouse?

If you answer no to any of the questions above, you are not working on the career you love.


Then, define with specifics what you desire and form a clear and definite mental picture of what you want. For example, saying you want financial freedom is not enough. What does this mean for you? How much money? Having financial freedom could mean only $1,000 more a year for some people. Be specific; Infinite Intelligence the energy or force that created everything in the entire Universe, including you and me. It is the light and sound that is everywhere in this Universe. It is the source of all knowledge loves when you are specific.


The way to receive what we want from Infinite Intelligence is by having a goal. When you have a goal and you let your Inner Voice guide you, you are co-creating with Infinite Intelligence.

3. Follow the Guidance of Your Inner Voice


Forget about how you will achieve your goal! One thing that can stop a person from manifesting their goal is they believe they need to know how they will obtain it. That can be a difficult thing to let go of. And this is why some people don’t set big goals because they just don’t see how it could possibly happen.


You don’t need to know how you will get what you desire. Your Inner Voice takes care of that. Your Inner Voice will explain how. The only thing you have to do is focus on what you want.

Maybe you don’t trust your Inner Voice as I trust mine. I now have full confidence, but I had to learn to hear and strengthen it.

When you have strengthened your Inner Voice, you will clearly hear what you must do to make your wishes come true.


Your Inner Voice is the guide that leads you to your desires.
