Anisha Patel is a leading light for ambitious, driven female leaders across the world. Starting her career as a Master of Aeronautical Engineering working in the defence and aerospace sector, Anisha was met with much resistance when looking to expand and innovate new ways of working and create more inclusive working environments. Witnessing injustice, inequality, ignorance and imposter syndrome, propelled Anisha to embrace her unique feminine perspective in a more masculine culture.

In 2020, during the global pandemic, Anisha took this period of reflection to expand her awareness and knowledge, officially certifying as a Holistic Counsellor. This was a pivotal moment in her journey, switching from concrete, logical engineering into the realms of spiritual consciousness and meditation. At this point, her two worlds collided. Anisha now uses her experience of corporate leadership mixed with holistic awareness to empower women to overcome adversity and step into their true inner power and self confidence.

Her work continues to inspire and empower women to shine and challenge the norms of society to collectively make positive cultural and lifestyle change, opening the doors for future generations. Since launching her company to support women through coaching, speaking and holistic healing, Anisha has changed the lives of many around the world. Her mission is to build a community for powerful diverse individuals to conquer the world’s challenges.
