Success has different meanings for each one of us. It can range from reaching big achievements and attracting big wealth to creating a quiet and peaceful life.

But what we all do have in common is that we agree about how success is a journey and not a destination. We thrive for our objectives and goals. But as soon as we get closer to one of them, new ones appear somehow on the horizon. It becomes an ever-lasting endeavor.

There are also cases where we might give up before getting closer to what we want to hold in our hands and manifest in our life. And we add to that many questions: why do we do so? Is it from a lack of motivation or inspiration? Or is it more to do with the inner power and the capacity to stay resilient and focused no matter what?

These past three years, I have been studying what makes people successful. What I found out is that lasting success is beyond the old paradigm of getting the best degrees, the best first job, and then setting up the top strategy. It takes more than that.

There are two more dimensions that you need to master for you to create the prism of success, wealth, and recognition. And this is what I refer to as the Success Triad:

  • a solid foundation of expertise, strategy, and planning

  • an unshakable mindset and a focused attitude

  • and a third one about energetics and alignment to a strong inner force

Strategy and Planning

Setting up the right strategy is essential. It gives you a solid foundation to stand on. The more the strategy is sound and solid, the more it can be translated into a thorough implementation scheme bringing the inevitable success.

In everything you do, you want to reach excellence, because it will always make you stand out. And most importantly, you want to be able to have a strategic plan to keep growing and set up a system to hold your vision. Excellence means acquiring all the knowledge and doing the work over and over again, until you become the best version of yourself in your expertise, in the service you provide, or in the product you create.

When it comes to planning, it calls for discipline and continuity. Often, when a plan doesn’t work, it is not because it was a wrong plan but because it was an unfinished plan. Finally, for the planning to be successful, it should integrate every part of what you need to reinforce from being business and tech-savvy to mastering your branding to communication, leadership, and being a boss of your business and your professional career.

Building a powerful Mindset

Leading yourself to success requires so much courage. And that courage is needed when fear kicks in. We will undoubtedly encounter fear if we aspire to create big objectives and dreams. As an entrepreneur or as a high-level executive, some moves might feel bold and scary. Then you will have the choice to either let them overwhelm you and take time waiting for the fear to settle down, or swallow the fear and grab the courage at the same time to overcome it and elevate through it. This is when the mindset starts playing the important role it is supposed to have.

Our mind is structured in a way that only 5% is intellectual and conscious, and all the rest 95% is the unconscious and emotional mind. This means that the strategy and the reasoning represent only 5% while all the rest is a cumulation of programming and old beliefs and habits from the past. Creating a powerful mindset means being able to use your mind to bring yourself closer to your results.

Understanding your mind is understanding that whatever you focus on, you will bring into your life. It is time to stop focusing on everything that makes you worry and scared about the invisible future. Shifting your mindset is about having a positive attitude. Things will always work out with perseverance and consistency. And the right attitude will make the impossible possible and help you create wealth and recognition in your life. A positive mindset will not only strengthen your inner power, but will also help you attract the right circumstances and conditions in your life, getting you closer to your dream objective.

Aligning with the Energetics

The third dimension of the success triad is the most powerful and intriguing one. I teach its meaning from a scientific perspective inside our programs. It is connected to your emotional intelligence and the way you feel inside. When we talk about energetics, we talk about frequency and vibrations. The subject is fascinating to me as it brings me back to my days at Harvard and inside the Physics department and the Quantum Physics courses. Back in the mid-nineties, it was all above my head and intriguing to how we can use the concepts in real life till I started understanding how our own vibrations are a mirror of our internal emotions.

Thus, when we are in a vortex of worry, fear, doubt, rage, shame, and other negative emotions, we tend to attract more of that—which is ranked very low in the Hertz cone of frequencies. While the frequency of joy brings joy and the frequency of abundance brings abundance. As Albert Einstein said. “Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not Philosophy. This is Physics”

It is therefore essential to become a match to the frequency of what you want to attract in your life. But that match needs to represent the truth. And this might be difficult to achieve because we simply don’t believe in receiving what we don’t see yet. This is why creating an energetic projection to ensure a true alignment is a start. This said, the easiest alignment you can stand behind will be an energetic projection of continuous improvement and growth.

Conclusion

Finally, the success triad is about bringing light into your life. It is a way to create your own prism of prosperity and abundance, attract incredible wealth, make a lasting impact, and achieve the extraordinary. What is important is to be able to navigate through the journey with grace and confidence. The structure of the triad would ensure that you build a solid foundation of strategy and a clear action plan, a strong mindset, and focused thinking. While you stand behind an energetic projection of continuous improvement and development. 1 2 3... let’s go
