For some, the desire to have children isn’t a choice… It’s a calling, a deeply felt and undeniable longing for unconditional love, connection, and belonging. It’s undeniable that the yearning to become a parent is one of the most powerful desires we can experience.

A woman with butterfly on her hand

This is why it can be devastating when things don’t go as planned. Whether it’s the months spent trying to conceive and the pit of disappointment you experience with every negative test, the thousands of dollars spent on medical interventions, or the struggle to find joy for friends and family who get to experience the magic of their own children while your dreams go unfulfilled…

The daily reminders are unrelenting. It can leave women feeling like they are less than whole, not feminine, and disconnected from themselves and their partners.

Then, on the other side of the coin, some women got to experience that great miracle of becoming mothers and face their own struggles. These struggles may be different: the lost connection with themselves, exhaustion, and struggle to feel comfortable in their bodies. Yet, the results are the same: a loss of connection with themselves and their partners.

Then, there is the indescribable, everyone’s worst fear. Experiencing the miracle of children and the incredible physical, spiritual, and emotional changes that come with them, only to have their lives completely and incomprehensibly changed by the devastating loss of a child.

Finding peace can feel almost impossible when your entire existence is overwhelmed by these struggles. This fear, grief and trauma can take hold within the body, creating disconnection, emotional distress, and even physical symptoms.

But there is always light in the darkness (and there always will be), no matter how dim…

And if we are open to embracing a new journey, we can break free of our trauma and rediscover our connection with ourselves and our partners!

As women, we feel incredible internal and external pressures of judgment and disconnection. If we are to find peace, we must first come to terms with unfulfilled desires, loss, and conflicting emotions. So, join me as we begin your journey to self-acceptance and self-love and reconnect with your feminine power.

You are about to embark on an intense, soulful journey that will allow you to rekindle your heart-yoni connection, rediscover your femininity, and experience deep, healing self-forgiveness.

This journey is a wonderful, soulful and intense experience and a path better explored together!

The ancient healing touch

My name is Esther Janssen, and I am a certified Tantric masseuse. For years, I have helped hundreds of women, men and couples reconnect, realign, and rediscover their joy.

Tantra is an ancient art dating back centuries and treasured by ancient civilisations. I am blessed to share a connection with the spiritual that helps guide me through my practices and offers another level of intense healing for my clients.

I am also deeply grateful to be one of the few able to share the power of ancient Tantra with you through this magazine. I am excited to guide you through your journey and experience of this most beautiful and ancient ritual.

Finding peace: Your first steps

The following exercises create a powerful foundation for your healing journey. They are designed to positively impact and begin your spiritual journey, whether you complete them with your partner or a close friend.

Unintentional touch

This subtle exercise is easy to integrate into your everyday relationship and can help to build connection, value, and self-esteem. It’s a simple exercise that shows us how small touches can have a large impact. Something as simple as a touch on the arm as you squeeze past another can encourage a natural growth in connection in an organic and continuous way. This comfortable connection is important to establish before moving on to the next exercise.

Eye gazing

This is a very simple yet powerful exercise many people find initially uncomfortable. But stay with it, be open, and enjoy the journey inwards as you connect on an unprecedented spiritual level.

Begin with a few moments of mindful meditation to relax, ground yourself, and open yourself to the powerful connection you are about to make.

Once you are both comfortable in a seated position, look deeply and softly into your partner's eyes and reflect on the entirety of their beauty.

Mindful touch

Mindful touch doesn’t always have to be between romantic partners. Something as simple as a hug releases oxytocin, which promotes feelings of devotion, trust, and bonding, no matter the boundaries of your relationship.

These seemingly small but meaningful gestures do wonders not only for your connection with your friend or partner but with your own perceived self-value, self-forgiveness, and self-esteem.

Continuing your journey: Tantric massage

Your journey to overcoming grief, loss, and trauma is deeply personal to both yourself and your partner. The emotional and spiritual journey requires openness, nurturing, and careful guidance to overcome all the turmoil and rediscover your peace.

If you wish to continue your journey, I invite you to join me for your personal and exclusive Tantric massage course tailored to you as a couple. Experience the loving tenderness, connection, and healing power of full body massage and revitalise your relationship with yourself and each other.

It all begins with a conversation. Book your first session today here!
