Could you please tell us a little bit about yourself and how you help your clients?
I’m Vanessa Grutman, Integrated Health Practitioner, Soul Biohacker and High-Level Transformation Coach for women ready to rise. As a successful entrepreneur who healed from burnout, I’m dedicated to supporting women in reclaiming their energy and reconnecting with their true innate power for infinite abundance.
What kind of audience do you target your business towards?
At this time, I work solely with women. The common thread between them is they either are feeling a lack of purpose and ease in their life, or have an existing business that needs to be realigned to their soul’s gifts or are about to make the leap towards entrepreneurship. They’re ready to level-up their impact but their fears, lack of body connection and intuition are getting them stuck.
I believe that growing a business successfully nowadays requires way more than good strategies. Entrepreneurship is the greatest personal development journey; it stretches you in all kind of uncomfortable places and to thrive, it requires us to be anchored in our truth, to remember our power and to be connected to our body.
I’m devoted to showing women how to get away from the trap of hustle to re-align their life's purpose with their unique gifts and create a life of abundance with more flow.
Share a bit about your journey so far. How did you end up where you are today in your career?
While always being passionate for health, I spent the last decade building a successful 7-figure business in the skin health industry. My partners and I sold the business in 2019 and I officially exited in 2023 to dedicate myself to my coaching practice, which grew exponentially, reaching close to 7 figures in its first 12 months of life. I walked through my first experience as an entrepreneur deeply rooted in my masculine energy; fuelled in hustling, wanting to be busy, hitting big goals and crushing my daily to-do list, despite birthing 2 children. It definitely worked, until it didn’t. After spending thousands of dollars on biohacking tips & tricks and trying to "fix" myself, I realized I had to take responsibility for my own healing and decided to get certified as a health coach. Through this work, I reconnected with my body, my intuition, my worth, my beliefs and my emotions to not only heal from burnout but like a phoenix, rise from the ashes. I healed my heart and reconnected with my soul’s purpose for a life with more ease and flow.
As a strong brand builder, I master the art of personal branding and understand the role our online presence plays to magnetize with ease ideal clients. My unique coaching approach encompasses my decade of experience as an entrepreneur, team leader, spiritual junkie, biohacker and holistic health guru to help my clients not only heal but transform deeply. I combine ancient and modern wisdom for true healing.
What are your current goals for your business?
Daily I get to witness my clients re-write their stories, do the things they’ve been fearing the most, regulate their nervous systems, tap into their feminine energy, launch unique and innovative offers, start their podcast, and help their clients while they rise with more grace than ever. This is my WHY.
My goal is to continue offering unique coaching solutions that will ultimately impact and transform even more women all over the world. I will be launching a variety of sacred coaching containers for all budgets to allow everyone who gets the calling to start diving into this life-changing work.
I’m also working on new non-toxic products that will complement my teachings in women’s daily at-home practices.
What is your work inspired by?
The day I realized that my ideal client was the version of me from 12 months ago, a lot changed for me. I feel more anchored than ever in sharing what’s present for me and knowing that it will land for my client. The incredible women I get to work with daily are my inspiration. Seeing them remember their truth, share their gifts with the world, step into the spotlight and become more authentically beautiful by the minute is what keeps me grounded and motivated to continue. Imagine the impact these women then have within their communities.
The positive and transformative ripple effect is endless. I feel so grateful to be doing this work.
If you could change one thing about your industry, what would it be and why?
I would love for coaches to start owning their unique stories and gifts instead of repeating what they heard from another coach. The truth is your teachings are only as strong as what you genuinely transcended in your life. How could you possibly teach something you haven’t overcome or accomplished in your own life? It’s one thing to understand a concept with your head but another to actually embody it and feel it with your heart. That’s where a lot of people got burnt from improvised coaches these past few years.
In my opinion, once you reconnect with YOU, your truth, and finally acknowledge your story, the hardships you overcame, and the solutions you found to thrive again, your message will become effortlessly magnetic. Comparison is not only the thief of joy but also of growth. How can you move forward if you’re always looking sideways? Own your power and look ahead!
What would you like to achieve for yourself and your business in the future?
As a Manifesting Generator, I always have multiple passions at the same time. I’ve learned to honor them, embrace them and trust them as my guide. After knowing what burnout feels like in my body, I’m now allowing myself to evolve, to not be defined by limiting labels and to close chapters when they don’t feel aligned anymore. This realization alone has been a massive energy catalyst in my life. With that in mind, I can say that I’m dreaming of launching a non-toxic skincare and apparel line, hosting transformative in-person retreats in luxurious resorts, of keynote speaking engagements all over the world and building communities of women that will change their communities so we can all contribute to the rise of the collective.
Tell us about your greatest career achievement so far.
I don’t think there’s been a particular thing but rather a collection of extraordinary moments that compounded over time to make me the person I am today. Entrepreneurship is a journey and I believe in the process more than the destination. I know I’m the result of an ever-evolving collage of breakthroughs, challenges, a-ha moments, hardships, celebrations, disappointments, successes, flow, joyful and simple moments. And that’s beautiful.

I also just launched The Soul & Wealth Club, a sacred community for women ready to rise and remember their soul’s purpose in this lifetime.
