In today's fast-paced world, it's easy to overlook the powerful role that anger can play in our lives. But understanding and embracing our anger can be a crucial step towards personal healing and empowerment.

Suppressing anger: A common misstep


For generations, women have often been conditioned to stifle their anger, conforming to societal expectations of being quiet, polite, and small. This suppression can lead to passive-aggressive behaviors and unexpressed frustrations.

Sometimes, the most potent messages aren't spoken but rather internalized. Many women have experienced disapproval or punishment when attempting to express anger. These experiences can shape beliefs and behaviors, affecting self-esteem and relationships.

Recognizing the influence of childhood conditioning is the first step in breaking free from the cycle of suppressed anger. Whether communicated directly or implied through behaviors, these limitations impact our self-expression and confidence.
